2. Objet du site

Genève 3D est une visualisation interactive du canton de Genève construite sur des données ouvertes : transport public animé selon l'horaire théorique, avions, météo, bâtiments et couches thématiques. C'est un projet d'information et de découverte : il ne doit pas être utilisé pour planifier un déplacement en temps réel, ni pour toute situation d'urgence ou décision critique.

3. Données affichées — sources et fraîcheur

Les données proviennent des fournisseurs open data crédités en bas du site : SITG / État de Genève, opendata.swiss, opentransportdata.swiss, data.geo.admin.ch (Confédération), OpenStreetMap (ODbL), Open-Meteo (CC BY 4.0), OpenSky Network, eautemp.com (température du lac), hydrodaten.admin.ch et trockenheit.admin.ch (OFEV — température, débit et niveau des cours d'eau, vigilance crues, danger d'incendie de forêt, sécheresse), Service sismologique suisse (SED, ETH Zurich) (séismes), Mapzen/AWS Terrain Tiles (altitudes du relief), swisstopo (SWISSIMAGE, fond satellite et habillage photo du relief), Hipparcos (ESA) via le CDS Strasbourg (catalogue d'étoiles du ciel nocturne) et NASA/JPL-Caltech (éphéméride DE440s) (éclipses solaires).

• Chaque couche activée affiche sa propre date de mise à jour (celle publiée par le fournisseur) dans la légende en bas à droite ;
• le site vérifie chaque semaine si les jeux de données ont changé chez le fournisseur et retélécharge ce qui a bougé — certains jeux évoluent chaque jour, d'autres (bathymétrie, patrimoine…) restent stables des années : la date affichée fait foi ;
• les horaires des transports sont théoriques (GTFS officiel, jour type) : pas de retards ni perturbations en direct ;
• les positions d'avions sont relevées environ chaque minute puis extrapolées : elles peuvent dévier légèrement de la réalité ;
• la localisation et le positionnement des éléments affichés (bâtiments, arrêts, épingles, adresses recherchées, véhicules, communes…) sont approximatifs : ils dépendent de la précision des données sources et de la projection cartographique, et peuvent ne pas correspondre exactement à la réalité du terrain ;
• l'ensemble des données peut contenir des erreurs ou ne plus être à jour au moment où vous les consultez.

Les données sont fournies « en l'état », sans garantie d'exactitude, de précision de localisation, d'exhaustivité, d'actualité ni de disponibilité. Les inexactitudes, erreurs de positionnement ou de localisation et le caractère éventuellement périmé des informations relèvent des jeux de données sources et ne sauraient engager la responsabilité du site ni de son auteur.

Le rendu 3D repose sur la bibliothèque open source three.js (licence MIT). Le compteur de visites est maison : il est calculé sur notre propre serveur, sans recourir à aucun service tiers (voir §4).

4. Cookies & stockage

Ce site n'utilise aucun cookie, aucun traceur publicitaire ni aucun compte utilisateur. Seules vos préférences d'affichage (interrupteurs et couches activés, réglages de la simulation, langue choisie) sont conservées localement dans votre navigateur (localStorage), sans aucun identifiant ni transmission à quiconque — un stockage strictement fonctionnel, exempté de consentement, que vous pouvez effacer à tout moment en supprimant les données de site de votre navigateur. C'est pourquoi aucun bandeau de consentement n'est affiché. En particulier :

• la recherche d'adresse et la géolocalisation ne sont ni enregistrées ni conservées — nulle part ;
• la mesure d'audience (le compteur affiché en bas de page) est faite par nos soins, sans aucun service tiers : à chaque chargement, le site signale à notre serveur un simple oui/non « première visite du jour », la langue d'affichage, mobile ou ordinateur, et le nom du site qui vous a amené ici (jamais l'adresse complète). Le journal correspondant ne contient ni adresse IP, ni identifiant de navigateur, ni cookie — rien qui permette de vous reconnaître. Le « une fois par jour » est décidé par votre navigateur, qui conserve pour cela une simple date (« 2026-08-30 »), et rien d'autre ;
• en quittant la page — et de nouveau si vous y revenez après l'avoir laissée de côté un moment —, un signal résume la visite : sa durée, le temps de chargement, si vous avez interagi ou seulement regardé, si la visite guidée a été lancée, et le nom des fonctionnalités utilisées (couches activées ou désactivées, fond de carte, recherche d'adresse, géolocalisation). Ce sont des noms de fonctions, jamais un contenu : le texte que vous tapez dans la recherche d'adresse et votre position ne sont transmis nulle part (§5). Là encore, aucun identifiant : ce résumé n'est rattaché à personne, il est immédiatement additionné à ceux de la journée ;
• seul le cache standard de votre navigateur conserve temporairement les fichiers du site (images, données), comme pour tout site web — cela ne permet aucun suivi.

Ces chiffres ne servent qu'à savoir combien de personnes consultent le site : ils sont agrégés par jour et ne sont revendus à personne. Le site respecte automatiquement le signal Global Privacy Control si votre navigateur en émet un. Vous pouvez en outre refuser la mesure ici, sur cet appareil :

5. Vie privée

• Géolocalisation (bouton 📍) : uniquement si vous l'activez, et votre position est traitée dans votre navigateur seulement — elle n'est jamais envoyée à notre serveur ni à des tiers.
• Recherche d'adresse (bouton 🔍) : le texte saisi est envoyé au service de géocodage de l'État de Genève (SITG) pour trouver le lieu.
• Bouton « 🧭 Itinéraire vers ce lieu » des fiches : il ouvre Google Maps dans un nouvel onglet. Le site ne contacte pas Google de lui-même — c'est votre clic qui vous y emmène —, mais Google voit alors la destination demandée, selon sa propre politique de confidentialité.
• Comme pour tout site web, votre navigateur contacte directement certains fournisseurs pour afficher la carte (tuiles satellite de swisstopo, si ce fond est choisi — le fond par défaut est servi par notre propre serveur) et les fiches de détail (SITG) : ces services voient alors votre adresse IP, selon leurs propres politiques de confidentialité. La mesure d'audience, elle, ne sort pas de notre serveur — aucun tiers n'y participe.
• La météo, les avions et les autres données passent par notre serveur : votre navigateur n'appelle pas ces API et aucune donnée personnelle ne leur est transmise.
• Notre serveur conserve les journaux techniques standards (nginx) nécessaires à la sécurité et au bon fonctionnement. Le journal de la mesure d'audience (§4) en est distinct et volontairement dépouillé : il n'enregistre aucune adresse IP. Seuls des totaux journaliers en sont conservés.

6. Responsabilité — site fourni « tel quel »

Le site, son contenu et les données affichées sont fournis « tel quel » et « selon disponibilité », sans garantie d'aucune sorte, expresse ou implicite : ni exactitude, ni précision de localisation ou de positionnement, ni exhaustivité, ni actualité, ni absence d'erreurs ou d'interruptions, ni adéquation à un usage particulier. L'utilisation du site se fait aux seuls risques de l'utilisateur.

Dans toute la mesure permise par le droit applicable, l'éditeur exclut toute responsabilité pour tout dommage direct ou indirect résultant de l'utilisation (ou de l'impossibilité d'utilisation) du site, des décisions prises sur la base des informations affichées, des interruptions de service, d'erreurs présentes dans les jeux de données sources, ou du contenu des sites tiers vers lesquels le site pointe.

Le site est soumis au droit suisse. Tout litige relève des tribunaux compétents du canton de Genève.

2. Zweck der Website

Genève 3D ist eine interaktive Visualisierung des Kantons Genf auf der Grundlage offener Daten: öffentlicher Verkehr, animiert nach dem theoretischen Fahrplan, Flugzeuge, Wetter, Gebäude und thematische Ebenen. Es handelt sich um ein Informations- und Entdeckungsprojekt: Es darf nicht für die Planung einer Fahrt in Echtzeit, für Notfälle oder für kritische Entscheidungen verwendet werden.

3. Angezeigte Daten — Quellen und Aktualität

Die Daten stammen von den am Seitenende genannten Open-Data-Anbietern: SITG / Kanton Genf, opendata.swiss, opentransportdata.swiss, data.geo.admin.ch (Bund), OpenStreetMap (ODbL), Open-Meteo (CC BY 4.0), OpenSky Network, eautemp.com (Seetemperatur), hydrodaten.admin.ch und trockenheit.admin.ch (BAFU — Temperatur, Abfluss und Pegel der Gewässer, Hochwasserwarnung, Waldbrandgefahr, Trockenheit), Schweizerischer Erdbebendienst (SED, ETH Zürich) (Erdbeben), Mapzen/AWS Terrain Tiles (Höhen des Reliefs), swisstopo (SWISSIMAGE, Satellitenhintergrund und Fototextur des Reliefs), Hipparcos (ESA) über das CDS Strasbourg (Sternkatalog des Nachthimmels) und NASA/JPL-Caltech (Ephemeride DE440s) (Sonnenfinsternisse).

• Jede aktivierte Ebene zeigt in der Legende unten rechts ihr eigenes Aktualisierungsdatum an (das vom Anbieter veröffentlichte);
• die Website prüft wöchentlich, ob sich die Datensätze beim Anbieter geändert haben, und lädt Geändertes neu herunter — manche Datensätze ändern sich täglich, andere (Bathymetrie, Kulturerbe…) bleiben jahrelang stabil: massgebend ist das angezeigte Datum;
• die Fahrpläne des öffentlichen Verkehrs sind theoretisch (offizielles GTFS, Musterfahrtag): keine Verspätungen oder Störungen in Echtzeit;
• die Flugzeugpositionen werden etwa jede Minute erfasst und danach extrapoliert: Sie können leicht von der Realität abweichen;
• Verortung und Positionierung der angezeigten Elemente (Gebäude, Haltestellen, Marker, gesuchte Adressen, Fahrzeuge, Gemeinden…) sind ungefähr: Sie hängen von der Genauigkeit der Quelldaten und von der Kartenprojektion ab und müssen nicht exakt der Realität vor Ort entsprechen;
• sämtliche Daten können Fehler enthalten oder zum Zeitpunkt Ihrer Abfrage nicht mehr aktuell sein.

Die Daten werden „wie besehen“ bereitgestellt, ohne Gewähr für Richtigkeit, Ortsgenauigkeit, Vollständigkeit, Aktualität oder Verfügbarkeit. Ungenauigkeiten, Positions- oder Verortungsfehler und die allfällige Veraltung der Informationen gehen auf die Quelldatensätze zurück und begründen keine Haftung der Website oder ihres Urhebers.

Die 3D-Darstellung beruht auf der Open-Source-Bibliothek three.js (MIT-Lizenz). Der Besucherzähler ist hauseigen: Er wird auf unserem eigenen Server berechnet, ohne jeden Drittdienst (siehe §4).

4. Cookies & Speicherung

Diese Website verwendet keine Cookies, keine Werbetracker und keine Benutzerkonten. Nur Ihre Anzeigeeinstellungen (aktivierte Schalter und Ebenen, Einstellungen der Simulation, gewählte Sprache) werden lokal in Ihrem Browser gespeichert (localStorage), ohne jede Kennung und ohne Übermittlung an Dritte — eine rein funktionale, einwilligungsfreie Speicherung, die Sie jederzeit löschen können, indem Sie die Websitedaten Ihres Browsers entfernen. Deshalb wird kein Einwilligungsbanner angezeigt. Insbesondere:

• die Adresssuche und die Standortbestimmung werden weder aufgezeichnet noch gespeichert — nirgends;
• die Reichweitenmessung (der Zähler am Seitenende) erfolgt durch uns selbst, ohne jeden Drittdienst: Bei jedem Aufruf meldet die Website unserem Server ein blosses Ja/Nein «erster Besuch des Tages», die Anzeigesprache, Mobilgerät oder Computer sowie den Namen der Website, die Sie hierher geführt hat (nie die vollständige Adresse). Das zugehörige Protokoll enthält weder IP-Adresse noch Browserkennung noch Cookie — nichts, woran Sie wiederzuerkennen wären. Das «einmal pro Tag» entscheidet Ihr Browser, der dafür lediglich ein Datum («2026-08-30») speichert, sonst nichts;
• beim Verlassen der Seite — und erneut, wenn Sie nach einer Unterbrechung zurückkehren — fasst ein Signal den Besuch zusammen: seine Dauer, die Ladezeit, ob Sie etwas bedient oder nur zugeschaut haben, ob die geführte Tour gestartet wurde, und die Namen der genutzten Funktionen (ein- oder ausgeschaltete Ebenen, Kartenhintergrund, Adresssuche, Standortbestimmung). Es sind Funktionsnamen, nie ein Inhalt: Der in die Adresssuche getippte Text und Ihr Standort werden nirgendwohin übermittelt (§5). Auch hier keine Kennung: Diese Zusammenfassung gehört niemandem und wird sofort zu den übrigen des Tages addiert;
• nur der normale Browser-Cache speichert die Dateien der Website (Bilder, Daten) vorübergehend, wie bei jeder Website — eine Nachverfolgung ist damit nicht möglich.

Diese Zahlen dienen einzig dazu zu wissen, wie viele Personen die Website aufrufen: Sie werden tageweise aggregiert und an niemanden verkauft. Die Website beachtet automatisch das Signal Global Privacy Control, sofern Ihr Browser eines sendet. Zusätzlich können Sie die Messung hier, auf diesem Gerät, ablehnen:

• Standortbestimmung (Knopf 📍): nur wenn Sie sie aktivieren, und Ihre Position wird ausschliesslich in Ihrem Browser verarbeitet — sie wird niemals an unseren Server oder an Dritte gesendet.
• Adresssuche (Knopf 🔍): der eingegebene Text wird an den Geocodierungsdienst des Kantons Genf (SITG) gesendet, um den Ort zu finden.
• Schaltfläche «🧭 Route zu diesem Ort» in den Detailkarten: Sie öffnet Google Maps in einem neuen Tab. Die Website kontaktiert Google nicht von sich aus — erst Ihr Klick führt Sie dorthin —, doch Google sieht dann das angefragte Ziel, gemäss seinen eigenen Datenschutzbestimmungen.
• Wie bei jeder Website kontaktiert Ihr Browser bestimmte Anbieter direkt, um die Karte (Satelliten-Kacheln von swisstopo, wenn dieser Hintergrund gewählt ist — der Standard-Hintergrund wird von unserem eigenen Server ausgeliefert) und die Detailinformationen (SITG) anzuzeigen: Diese Dienste sehen dabei Ihre IP-Adresse gemäss ihren eigenen Datenschutzbestimmungen. Die Reichweitenmessung verlässt unseren Server hingegen nicht — kein Dritter ist daran beteiligt.
• Wetter, Flugzeuge und die übrigen Daten laufen über unseren Server: Ihr Browser ruft diese APIs nicht auf, und es werden ihnen keine Personendaten übermittelt.
• Unser Server führt die üblichen technischen Protokolle (nginx), die für Sicherheit und Betrieb erforderlich sind. Das Protokoll der Reichweitenmessung (§4) ist davon getrennt und bewusst abgespeckt: Es hält keine IP-Adresse fest. Aufbewahrt werden daraus nur Tagessummen.

Die Website, ihr Inhalt und die angezeigten Daten werden „wie besehen“ und „nach Verfügbarkeit“ bereitgestellt, ohne ausdrückliche oder stillschweigende Gewährleistung jeglicher Art: weder für Richtigkeit noch für Orts- oder Positionsgenauigkeit, Vollständigkeit, Aktualität, Fehler- und Unterbrechungsfreiheit oder Eignung für einen bestimmten Zweck. Genève 3D è una visualizzazione interattiva del Cantone di Ginevra costruita su dati aperti: trasporto pubblico animato secondo l'orario teorico, aeromobili, meteo, edifici e livelli tematici. È un progetto di informazione e di scoperta: non deve essere utilizzato per pianificare uno spostamento in tempo reale, né per situazioni di emergenza o decisioni critiche.

3. Dati visualizzati — fonti e aggiornamento

I dati provengono dai fornitori open data citati in fondo al sito: SITG / Cantone di Ginevra, opendata.swiss, opentransportdata.swiss, data.geo.admin.ch (Confederazione), OpenStreetMap (ODbL), Open-Meteo (CC BY 4.0), OpenSky Network, eautemp.com (temperatura del lago), hydrodaten.admin.ch e trockenheit.admin.ch (UFAM — temperatura, portata e livello dei corsi d'acqua, allerta piene, pericolo di incendi boschivi, siccità), Servizio Sismico Svizzero (SED, ETH Zurigo) (terremoti), Mapzen/AWS Terrain Tiles (quote del rilievo), swisstopo (SWISSIMAGE, sfondo satellitare e texture fotografica del rilievo), Hipparcos (ESA) tramite il CDS Strasbourg (catalogo stellare del cielo notturno) e NASA/JPL-Caltech (effemeride DE440s) (eclissi solari).

• Ogni livello attivato mostra la propria data di aggiornamento (quella pubblicata dal fornitore) nella legenda in basso a destra;
• il sito verifica ogni settimana se i set di dati sono cambiati presso il fornitore e riscarica ciò che è stato modificato — alcuni set cambiano ogni giorno, altri (batimetria, patrimonio…) restano stabili per anni: fa fede la data visualizzata;
• gli orari dei trasporti sono teorici (GTFS ufficiale, giorno tipo): nessun ritardo né perturbazione in tempo reale;
• le posizioni degli aeromobili sono rilevate circa ogni minuto e poi estrapolate: possono discostarsi leggermente dalla realtà;
• la localizzazione e il posizionamento degli elementi visualizzati (edifici, fermate, segnaposti, indirizzi cercati, veicoli, comuni…) sono approssimativi: dipendono dalla precisione dei dati di origine e dalla proiezione cartografica e possono non corrispondere esattamente alla realtà del terreno;
• l'insieme dei dati può contenere errori o non essere più aggiornato nel momento in cui li consultate.

I dati sono forniti «così come sono», senza garanzia di esattezza, precisione di localizzazione, completezza, attualità o disponibilità. Le inesattezze, gli errori di posizionamento o di localizzazione e l'eventuale obsolescenza delle informazioni derivano dai set di dati di origine e non possono comportare alcuna responsabilità del sito né del suo autore.

Il rendering 3D si basa sulla libreria open source three.js (licenza MIT). Il contatore di visite è realizzato da noi: è calcolato sul nostro server, senza ricorrere ad alcun servizio di terzi (vedi §4).

4. Cookie e archiviazione

Questo sito non utilizza alcun cookie, nessun tracciante pubblicitario e nessun account utente. Solo le vostre preferenze di visualizzazione (interruttori e livelli attivati, impostazioni della simulazione, lingua scelta) sono conservate localmente nel vostro browser (localStorage), senza alcun identificatore né trasmissione a chicchessia — un'archiviazione strettamente funzionale, esente da consenso, che potete cancellare in qualsiasi momento eliminando i dati dei siti dal vostro browser. Per questo non viene mostrato alcun banner di consenso. In particolare:

• la ricerca di indirizzi e la geolocalizzazione non sono né registrate né conservate — da nessuna parte;
• la misurazione del pubblico (il contatore mostrato in fondo alla pagina) è effettuata da noi, senza alcun servizio di terzi: a ogni caricamento il sito comunica al nostro server un semplice sì/no «prima visita della giornata», la lingua di visualizzazione, se si tratta di cellulare o computer, e il nome del sito che vi ha condotti qui (mai l'indirizzo completo). Il registro corrispondente non contiene né indirizzo IP, né identificatore del browser, né cookie — nulla che permetta di riconoscervi. Il «una volta al giorno» è deciso dal vostro browser, che a tale scopo conserva una semplice data («2026-08-30»), e nient'altro;
• uscendo dalla pagina — e di nuovo se vi tornate dopo averla lasciata da parte un momento — un segnale riassume la visita: la sua durata, il tempo di caricamento, se avete interagito o soltanto guardato, se la visita guidata è stata avviata, e il nome delle funzioni utilizzate (livelli attivati o disattivati, sfondo della mappa, ricerca di indirizzi, geolocalizzazione). Anche qui nessun identificatore: questo riassunto non è legato a nessuno ed è subito sommato agli altri della giornata;
• solo la cache standard del vostro browser conserva temporaneamente i file del sito (immagini, dati), come per qualsiasi sito web — ciò non consente alcun tracciamento.

Queste cifre servono unicamente a sapere quante persone consultano il sito: sono aggregate per giornata e non sono rivendute a nessuno. • Come per qualsiasi sito web, il vostro browser contatta direttamente alcuni fornitori per visualizzare la mappa (tasselli satellitari di swisstopo, se è scelto questo sfondo — lo sfondo predefinito è servito dal nostro stesso server) e le schede di dettaglio (SITG): questi servizi vedono allora il vostro indirizzo IP, secondo le loro politiche di riservatezza. La misurazione del pubblico, invece, non esce dal nostro server — nessun terzo vi partecipa.

2. Purpose of the site

Genève 3D is an interactive visualisation of the Canton of Geneva built on open data: public transport animated from the theoretical timetable, aircraft, weather, buildings and thematic layers. It is an information and discovery project: it must not be used to plan a journey in real time, nor for any emergency situation or critical decision.

3. Displayed data — sources and freshness

The data comes from the open data providers credited at the bottom of the site: SITG / Canton of Geneva, opendata.swiss, opentransportdata.swiss, data.geo.admin.ch (Swiss Confederation), OpenStreetMap (ODbL), Open-Meteo (CC BY 4.0), OpenSky Network, eautemp.com (lake temperature), hydrodaten.admin.ch and trockenheit.admin.ch (FOEN — water temperature, discharge and level, flood watch, forest fire danger, drought), Swiss Seismological Service (SED, ETH Zurich) (earthquakes), Mapzen/AWS Terrain Tiles (terrain elevations), swisstopo (SWISSIMAGE, satellite basemap and photo texture of the terrain), Hipparcos (ESA) via CDS Strasbourg (night sky star catalogue) and NASA/JPL-Caltech (DE440s ephemeris) (solar eclipses).

• Each active layer displays its own update date (the one published by the provider) in the legend at the bottom right;
• the site checks every week whether the datasets have changed at the provider and re-downloads whatever moved — some datasets change daily, others (bathymetry, heritage…) stay stable for years: the displayed date is authoritative;
• public transport timetables are theoretical (official GTFS, typical day): no live delays or disruptions;
• aircraft positions are collected roughly every minute and then extrapolated: they may deviate slightly from reality;
• the location and positioning of displayed elements (buildings, stops, pins, searched addresses, vehicles, municipalities…) are approximate: they depend on the accuracy of the source data and on the map projection, and may not match the reality on the ground exactly;
• all data may contain errors or no longer be up to date at the time you consult it.

The data is provided “as is”, without any warranty of accuracy, positional precision, completeness, timeliness or availability. Inaccuracies, positioning or location errors and any obsolescence of the information stem from the source datasets and cannot give rise to any liability of the site or of its author.

The 3D rendering relies on the open source library three.js (MIT licence). The visit counter is our own: it is computed on our own server, without relying on any third-party service (see §4).

4. Cookies & storage

This site uses no cookies, no advertising trackers and no user accounts. Only your display preferences (enabled switches and layers, simulation settings, chosen language) are kept locally in your browser (localStorage), without any identifier and without transmission to anyone — strictly functional storage, exempt from consent, which you can erase at any time by clearing your browser's site data. This is why no consent banner is displayed. In particular:

• address search and geolocation are neither recorded nor retained — anywhere;
• audience measurement (the counter shown at the bottom of the page) is done by us, with no third-party service: on each load the site reports to our server a plain yes/no “first visit of the day”, the display language, mobile or desktop, and the name of the site that brought you here (never the full address). The corresponding log contains no IP address, no browser identifier and no cookie — nothing that could recognise you. The “once a day” is decided by your browser, which stores a plain date (“2026-08-30”) for that purpose, and nothing else;
• when you leave the page — and again if you come back to it after setting it aside for a while — a signal summarises the visit: its duration, the loading time, whether you interacted or only watched, whether the guided tour was started, and the names of the features used (layers switched on or off, basemap, address search, geolocation). These are function names, never any content: the text you type into the address search and your position are sent nowhere (§5). Here too, no identifier: that summary belongs to nobody and is immediately added to the others of the day;
• only your browser's standard cache temporarily keeps the site's files (images, data), as for any website — this allows no tracking.

These figures only serve to know how many people visit the site: they are aggregated by day and are sold to nobody. The site automatically honours the Global Privacy Control signal if your browser sends one. You may also decline measurement here, on this device:

5. Privacy

• Geolocation (📍 button): only if you enable it, and your position is processed in your browser only — it is never sent to our server or to third parties.
• Address search (🔍 button): the text you type is sent to the Canton of Geneva geocoding service (SITG) to find the place.
• The "🧭 Directions to this place" button on detail records: it opens Google Maps in a new tab. The site does not contact Google by itself — your click is what takes you there — but Google then sees the requested destination, under its own privacy policy.
• As with any website, your browser directly contacts certain providers to display the map (swisstopo satellite tiles, if that basemap is selected — the default basemap is served by our own server) and the detail records (SITG): those services then see your IP address, under their own privacy policies. Audience measurement, by contrast, never leaves our server — no third party takes part in it.
• Weather, aircraft and the other data go through our server: your browser does not call those APIs and no personal data is passed to them.
• Our server keeps standard technical logs (nginx) needed for security and correct operation. The audience measurement log (§4) is separate and deliberately stripped down: it records no IP address. Only daily totals are kept from it.

6. Liability — site provided “as is”

The site, its content and the displayed data are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied: neither accuracy, nor positional or locational precision, nor completeness, nor timeliness, nor freedom from errors or interruptions, nor fitness for a particular purpose. Use of the site is at the user's sole risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher excludes all liability for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use (or the impossibility of use) of the site, from decisions taken on the basis of the displayed information, from service interruptions, from errors present in the source datasets, or from the content of the third-party sites the site links to.

7. Governing law & authoritative language

The site is subject to Swiss law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Canton of Geneva.

These terms are also offered in French, German and Italian. The translations are provided for convenience: only the French version is authoritative and prevails in the event of any discrepancy.
